Soft Wash Systems Trolley

This new portable system connects to your new or existing industrial pressure cleaner and uses chemical injection technology to apply your chosen softwash mix to exterior surfaces.

The trolley is a custom design by our team and is made from light weight aluminium, fitted with heavy duty wheels making it easy to maneuver around, it has a stainless steel hose reel fitted with 30m of 3/8” hose, as this system connects to your new or existing pressure washer you can utilise your machines pressure wash hose to give you the extra length if required as shown in the video.

The system also comes with a quality Suttner chemical resistant wash gun, a 4-way nozzle holder with nozzles fitted which is prefect for a quick and easy interchange of nozzles when connected to your gun. The system also has a proportioning valve fitted to the front of the unit which allows you to set your draw rate ie; 1%, 2%, 3%

*This unit has a draw rate of 1:3 which equates to a 3% SH dosage rate, calcluated off SH being at a strength of 12.5%
*Minimum machine flow rate required is 15 L/min. (Ideal is 20-25 L/min).
*This unit is not designed for use with acid.
